Passus’s new provider, Deutsche Telekom, offers professional server solutions and ensures much sought after high availability using a „dynamic infrastructure“spanning multiple data centers. Even in the event of a complete server outage, Passus customers can access PharmaData again within a few minutes. The dynamic infrastructure sends the data stored on the faulty server to a new host server within a very short time; and generally the user does not notice any workflow interruption. This enhances the efficiency of the CRM solution even more, meaning higher security levels for the user’s business processes. An advantage not to be underestimated, especially in the healthcare sector, where the constant availability of customer data is a key priority.

Unprecedented speed and scalability
Tailoring the innovative high-availability platform to the needs of Passus customers and a dependable 100 Mbit connection speeds up access to PharmaData by a factor of 2.5.
